Lori Hall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University and then worked in several management and consulting positions prior to joining Dr. Krummen's practice in 2000. As office manager, Lori is responsible for the majority of the behind-the-scenes duties of the practice as well as serving as the patient coordinator.

Lori is a valuable source of information with her vast knowledge of all aspects of the various surgeries performed by Dr. Krummen as well as the general expectations for recovery. She handles client inquiries regarding procedures with compassion and discretion.

Lori's duties also include: interactions with insurance companies for covered procedures; arranging financial plans for cosmetic surgery patients; and scheduling of patient appointments and surgeries.

Lori and the other staff members are all eager to assist in any way necessary to make your experience with Dr. Krummen's practice as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Dr. Krummen is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, an elite organization to which only board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeons can belong. She performs all her surgeries in fully accredited hospitals or outpatient surgery centers staffed with a board certified anesthesiologist.
